Alan Buffington & Kate Van Buren of Key Bank will be joining us on Nov 1.
Alan Buffington is Executive Vice President, Enterprise Systems Development at Key
Corp. Buffington’s past includes leading two software firms and two IT services firms,
Executive Vice President of two major banks and CIO of Fidelity Investments. He
claims to have made every possible mistake in building systems.
Kate Van Buren’s experience is grounded in data, business process and rules analysis,
and project management in both public and private sector technology organizations. Today
she is SVP and the Director of the Software Development Support Center at KeyBank. This
means she holds the coolest job at the bank, responsible for software craftsmanship
innovation in practices and methods.

We plan to have other guest speakers, both experts in Agile and key organizational executives working through agile adoption.
