Subject Line: Leading Agile Adoption: We need Summit Topics!

Recently Business 2.0 ranked Agile Software Development as number 18 on the list of ‘The 50 Who Matter Now.’ The question is, how do we as leaders, lead Agile in our organizations.

Join leaders on 18 October 2007 at the APLN Leadership Summit in Richmond, Virginia for a full day of speakers, panel discussion, think tank sessions, and networking. Together, we will explore strategies for adopting agile enterprise-wide.

Niel Nickolaisen, CIO and Director of Strategic Planning at Headwaters, Inc., the largest agile company in Utah ($Billion in Revenues), will keynote the day.

Topics, selected  by participants, will be explored during think tank sessions in the morning and afternoon.   A panel of leaders in various phases of agile adoption will answer your questions over lunch. During the day, networking opportunities are provided with long breaks and a networking social at the end of the day.

Most important, we need topics for our discussions. What leadership techniques would you like to know about? What obstacles would you like help overcoming? All the summit outcomes will be posted on the APLN website.

Let us hear from you!

Thanks!
